The Bushland Retreat clubhouse at Victoria Point is a purpose-built community space for over-50s residents, featuring a magnesium pool, landscaped gardens, lawn bowls greens, indoor dining, library, gym, sauna and cinema — designed to encourage connection, wellbeing and effortless indoor/outdoor flow. Fitout Glass delivered the glazing package across the project, installing aluminium-framed glazing, large-format panels, sliding and stacking doors, and glazed balustrades to maximise natural light, enhance sight lines, and strengthen indoor/outdoor connections throughout the clubhouse. The result is a light-filled, functional and welcoming environment, where careful glazing solutions support both the architectural intent and the daily experience of residents.
