The Everton Park Library refurbishment doubled the facility to 1,100sqm, delivering a contemporary community space designed to inspire learning, connection, and quiet reflection. Fitout Glass delivered the glazing package, featuring 5m high full-height glazing to the front elevation, designed to maximise natural light and open up expansive views to the surrounding landscape. A key architectural highlight is the façade, formed by triangular double-glazed units integrated with Sculptform cladding, requiring precise detailing to achieve both the visual impact and performance requirements. The result is a light-filled, visually striking environment that feels open and elevated, supporting comfort, focus, and long-term functionality for a growing community.
